OJWA Legal Education Fund
Where We Work
Background information
The OJWA International Law Education Fund was established in the context of the continuous development of the international legal system, but the global public’s basic understanding of international law and international human rights law has long been insufficient.
In the context of frequent global conflicts, intensified religious and cultural misunderstandings, and serious imbalances in legal awareness, the lack of international law education has become an important structural factor affecting judicial fairness, social stability, and effective implementation of the law. This problem is particularly prominent in post-war countries and countries with fragile systems.
This fund takes * * International Law Popularization Education * * as its core means, and through public interest oriented educational resources and knowledge dissemination, promotes a fundamental understanding of international law and international human rights law, and facilitates rational cognition of law, religion, and social order within the framework of modern international law.
